Astrologer Sayan Sen does not charge any cancellation amount if a client cancels an appointment before 72 hours of the appointment date & time. The client will get a full refund without asking a single question.
Please note that all purchases for courses are final, and no refunds will be applicable once the course has been purchased. We encourage you to carefully review all course details before making your purchase.
The mode of refund will be processed through the same platform or payment method originally used for the transaction. For example, if you made the payment via credit card, the refund will be credited back to the same card. This ensures a seamless and secure refund process, with no changes in the refund method.
A client can cancel an appointment 10 minutes before the appointment date & time. In this case, the client has to bear a cancellation charge of 25% of the total fees paid, from the 9th minute onward no refund will be processed.
All refunds will be made after deducting the transaction charges levied by the bank and/or the payment gateway and/or any other charges that may have been borne by astrosayan.online in processing and/or delivering the service, as applicable.
Multiple payments against the same order will be refunded in full (without deducting transaction charges on the duplicate payments), after retaining the cost of a single order.
To raise a cancellation request client have to send the email of cancellation to astrosaoyan@gmail.com.

The amount will be refunded to the client within 72 Business Hours.
